We are committed to investing in the communities we serve and are always looking at how we can make a positive impact for all and are acutely aware of the importance these communities and have embedded this principle into the core of our operational model.
Some examples of our community work are:
We maintain contracts and relationships with small local suppliers in our areas of operation to ensure the local economy is key to our purchasing
We have funded and maintain a publicly accessible Automated External Defibrillator from our 24 hour Control Room
We have our own CCTV Training Suite and hold Training Courses for our own personnel, our customers personnel and members of the public
We have a partnership in place with Carbon Footprint and a Carbon Reduction Plan to reduce emissions and achieve net zero by 2050 to ensure our local communities are protected from a harmful environment
Our communities should never have to worry about food poverty or food wastage

We are a Corporate Partner & Sponsor with We Are With You to support their Drug & Alcohol work in the local community.
Solent Kestrels Basketball Club
We have been the headline sponsor since 2008 of the Solent Kestrels Basketball Club which is one of the largest youth basketball programmes in the country. The club provides coaching and development to children and young people from a wide variety of backgrounds within the community and by learning the hard work and effort required to achieve the skills necessary to excel in the sport they gain a discipline and focus which translates in to all areas of their lives.
The club offers coaching, mentoring and support to over 750 members and has assisted with UK scholarships and helped send many players to the USA to study and play basketball.
The club has 90 registered volunteers from the Solent area helping with running of the programme.
Athletic Elite & The Sideline Project
We are in Partnership with Athletic Elite & The Sideline Project in Northamptonshire which uses basketball training and workshops to equip young people with the tools they need to develop emotional resilience, improve mental health and foster a strong sense of community. The knowledge and skills help them to avoid and resist involvement in criminal activities contributing to the safety of the community and helping them to future filled with positive choices and opportunities.
