Authorised Keyholders
In the event of an alarm activation, Kestrel Guards will attend your premises as the authorised keyholders, investigate the cause of the alarm, take the proper and appropriate action and remain on the premises until the situation has been resolved and the Emergency Services and alarm engineer have vacated the premises and the building re-secured. This avoids the security concerns and potential inconvenience of nominating keyholders from within your own organisation.

Monitoring Service
The development of increasingly more ‘intelligent’ CCTV Systems (often linked to motion detectors) has replaced the traditional role of the Security Officer in many instances.
We offer a monitoring service based within our Control Room which enables us to respond to breaches in security at installations all over the UK and Worldwide. Images are received through a dedicated one-to-one high speed data connection using our own IP Stream and Cisco routers.

Covert Camera Surveillance
For organisations with specific problems (such as staff thefts), we are able to install covert CCTV cameras and recording devices to produce evidence for disciplinary action and for possible prosecutions. We can review and edit material as required and attend court on your behalf where necessary.
